Exchange & Return Policy – Zaar

At Zaar, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. However, if you face any issue with your order, please review our exchange policy below.

1. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only, not refunds.

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

2. Eligible Reasons for Exchange

We will gladly offer an exchange if:

  • The item has a manufacturing defect.
  • The size needs to be changed (subject to availability).
3. Non-Exchangeable Items

5. Shipping Charges

Because each outfit is prepared specially for you: Customized stitched orders: usually take 7–21 working days Delivery time may vary depending on the order details and location.

Since customized outfits are made specifically according to your selected color, fabric, and measurements, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error from our side.

Yes, Zaar ships worldwide. Shipping charges depend on destination and parcel weight.
